I have used a number of different electrolyte and drink mixes in the past and none have compared to Hydra+. It tastes great, mixes well, and is very versatile to use. It’s been in my bottles across training sessions, races, and daily at work. This included a 200mile ultra bike race where I had hydra+ in my bottles throughout keeping my hydration levels sorted for 23 hours!
The real food ingredients keep it palatable and tastes good for hours, plus doesn’t cause any GI issues.

Being able to supplement the beta alanine on its own without anything additional is useful. Blonyx’s approach to providing exactly what they say and nothing not needed is ideal.

Beta alanine has helped me to push harder in my training and get those last few percent of performance out in training and racing. When I’m pushing hard in training I can get those extra few seconds and last bits of power out compared with before taking this.
