How to Manage Your Subscription
View or Redeem Loyalty Points
First, sign in to your Blonyx account.
To View Your Loyalty Points Balance:
- Navigate to the Loyalty menu at the top of the page.
- Your current loyalty points balance will be displayed on this page.
To Redeem Your Loyalty Points:
- Navigate to the Loyalty menu at the top of the page.
- Choose the item you want to redeem from the list.
- Click Confirm, and the item will be automatically added to your next subscription order.
Important: Loyalty points are only available to active members of our subscription program. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to view or redeem the loyalty points you've earned.
Adjust Your Next Subscription Order
First, sign in to your Blonyx account.
To Add an Item:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
- From the “Add to Your Next Order” window or after clicking Manage Next Order, select the item you want to add to your subscription.
To Remove an Item:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
- Click the Next Order tab, then click Manage Next Order.
- Select the item you want to remove from your subscription.
- Reduce the quantity of that item to zero.
To Adjust the Quantity of an Item:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
- Click the Next Order tab, then click Manage Next Order.
- Select the item you want to adjust.
- Increase or decrease the quantity of that item to your desired amount.
Skip or Delay Your Next Order
First, sign in to your Blonyx account.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
- Click the Next Order tab, then click Manage Next Order.
- Select the Skip* or Delay** options from the menu.
*Skipping your next order will postpone it until your next scheduled delivery date.
**Delaying your next order will push it by 1, 2, or 3 weeks, or until a custom date of your choosing.
Update Your Shipping and Billing Information
First, sign in to your Blonyx account.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
- Click the Subscriptions tab, then click Manage Subscription.
- Select the Edit Address or Edit Payment options from the menu.
- Update your shipping and billing information as desired.
Pause or Cancel Your Subscription
First, sign in to your Blonyx account.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions menu item.
- Click the Subscriptions tab, then click Manage Subscription.
- Select the Pause* option or side-scroll to reveal the Cancel** option from the menu.
*Pausing your subscription will put it on hold for up to 6 months.
**Cancelling your subscription will end it immediately.
