Refund policy

Damaged, Defective, Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, and you won’t pay anything to return the item.

Blonyx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and our team will review your case and do everything reasonable to help locate it with the carrier. Stolen packages should be reported as soon as possible.

Blonyx products are backed by research from leading academic and scientific institutions, with findings published in scientific journals. If you use a Blonyx product consistently while training and don’t notice a difference in your performance, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

Applies to the first purchase of each product, even if it is part of a later order. One claim per product per customer.
Request must be made within 60 days of the order date.
Product must be purchased directly from blonyx.ca, blonyx.com or blonyx.co.uk. Products bought from a reseller follow the reseller’s return policy.

How It Works

Email hello@blonyx.com with your order number.
Answer a few quick questions about your experience. Your feedback helps us improve.
We may ask for a photo of the product or ask you to send back the opened container for testing. If we ask for it back, we cover the return shipping.
Choose a refund to your original payment method or instant store credit.

Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after your claim is approved (or after we receive the product, if we asked for it back). Your bank may need a few extra days to show the credit.

Standard Returns (unopened products)

We accept returns of unopened products when the product:

Is sealed and in resalable condition (we may ask for a photo)
Has at least 3 months remaining before its expiry date
Is requested within 60 days of delivery

You cover the return shipping, and a CAD $10 return fee is deducted from your refund to cover our original shipping cost. This fee does not apply to Performance Guarantee claims or to damaged or defective items. If you prefer, we can send you a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund.

We’ll send the return address and instructions when you contact us. Once we receive and inspect the product, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or instant store credit, issued within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

Need a different product or size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging (apparel must be unworn with tags attached). You pay the return shipping, and we cover shipping the replacement.

Not Eligible

Final Sale, clearance and promotional or free items
Products purchased from a reseller
Opened products, except under the Performance Guarantee or when defective
Requests made outside the time limits above
Products showing signs of misuse, or accounts with a pattern of excessive returns

We may decline requests where we reasonably suspect misuse of this policy.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. Where those laws give you greater rights, those rights apply.
